At the core of both TeleStaff Standard and Enterprise editions are powerful and unique features that separate them from other staffing solutions. Rather than making general assumptions, TeleStaff uses your organization's specific guidelines when accepting requests and making staffing decisions. With TeleStaff, staff members can make scheduling requests using a TeleStaff PC or any touch-tone telephone. When the request is made (for example, vacation next week), TeleStaff uses your guidelines to accept, deny or require approval for the request. Similarly, when vacancies occur as a result of a leave code or other staffing activity, TeleStaff follows your specific labor rules to prioritize the list of candidates to fill the vacancy.
