This is a highly rewarding position for a salesperson with an EMS background. The EMS Regional Manager will be responsible for growing the revenue, gross profit and unit base in the assigned territory, through direct selling activities and management of indirect channel partner relationships as assigned.
Based out of your home office, ideally in Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA, you will report directly to the EMS Channel Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans that coincide with the expectations of Masimo Corporation and Masimo’s sales management structure.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Achieve sales quotas and budgets.
• Identify all fire department, EMS agencies and affiliated organizations in the assigned territory and maintain accurate and timely records as to their key decision makers and status relevant to sales opportunities for Masimo.
• Support positive channel partner relationships to the benefit of the customer, the channel partner and Masimo. Execute marketing plans as assigned by Masimo’s sales and marketing management structure.
• Manage all company-provided hardware in a efficient and effective manner.
• Communicate with excellence to internal and external customers.
• Represent Masimo at regional, state and local industry trade shows per territory plan, and as directed by Masimo sales management, by executing well planned strategies that insure customers and potential customers perceive Masimo as the clear leader in delivering products that positively effect patients and caregivers alike.
• Deliver in-services to customers and potential customers that highlight the superior technology included with Masimo products; and to cause the audience of such meetings to clearly understand our products, and to prefer them to other alternatives.
• Report on industry trends, competitive activity and similar noteworthy items.
• Provide monthly calendars and progress reports in a timely manner.

Job Requirements
|
Additional Requirement : • Bachelors Degree.
• 5 or more years of capital equipment sales experience selling into the EMS and/or Fire Department market.
• Experience partnering with distributors.
• Previous experience as a Paramedic or a Fire Fighter would be an advantage.
• Ability and willingness to travel within your assigned territory and to other events as may be required.
